Management of reports - Whistleblowing



Amada ISE adopts a process for managing reports (including anonymous) regarding the Company sent by third parties or Group people. The process complies with the regulatory changes introduced by the Legislative Decree. 10 March 2023, n. 24 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament e of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of people who report violations of national regulatory provisions (so-called Whistleblowing Decree).
To send and manage reports, Amada ISE uses a dedicated third-party IT platform, which constitutes a preferential channel for sending reports.
